Support and maintenance packages

We will help you as a customer both to get started with the product and to work with the product after your purchase. We also continiously improve our products with new features and improvement requests we receive from customers.

To be able to offer high quality software and support, support and maintenance packages are sold separatly from software licenses.

A support and maintenance package includes free minor and major upgrades and free email support during one year. The price for a one year support and maintenance package is 25% of the license price.
